Bachman Turner Overdrive - Not Fragile . Not Fragile is the third album by Canadian rock band Bachman-Turner Overdrive, released in 1974 (see 1974 in music). The title could be thought of as a response to Yes' Fragile. Some feel that the group achieved a more original sound in this album; it has been described as a cross between Black Sabbath and early ZZ Top. It proved to be the group's most popular album. "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" and "Roll On Down The Highway" were hit singles. Other cuts had significant airplay on FM rock radio. |

THE BEATLES - Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (often shortened as Sgt. Pepper) is the eighth studio album by the English rock band The Beatles, released on 1 June 1967 on the Parlophone label and produced by George Martin. The album is widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time, and has since been recognised as one of the most important albums in the history of popular music, including songs such as "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and "A Day in the Life". Recorded over a 129-day period beginning in December 1966, Sgt. Pepper saw the band developing the production techniques of their previous album, Revolver. Martin's innovative and lavish production included the orchestra usage and hired musicians ordered by the band. Genres such as music hall, jazz, rock and roll, western classical, and traditional Indian music are covered. |

is the second full-length album from the German metal band Blind Guardian. It was released in 1989 and is more in the vein of speed metal, compared to the style that would later define the band's unique sound. According to guitarist Marcus Siepen, "When we were doing "Follow the Blind" we were listening to a lot of thrash metal bands like Testament or Forbidden, and that's why Follow the Blind was a bit heavier". |

"Ahead Rings Out" was the debut album by British blues-rock band Blodwyn Pig, released in 1969. The band had been formed in 1969 by Mick Abrahams, the former guitarist of Jethro Tull, and sales of "Ahead Rings Out" rivalled those of Jethro Tull's next album, "Stand Up", reaching No. 9 on the British album chart. The album contains a healthy mixture of various styles of progressive blues and "The Modern Alchemist" displayed the jazz influence and saxophone skills of Jack Lancaster. |
